Description
This has apparently been around since Necessitas days. When you upgrade the SDK and run it against an existing settings file, then it will check the timestamp connected to the Android settings and overwrite them if they are old. This means that you have to input your Android settings every time you upgrade your SDK.
To reproduce:
1. Run a Qt Creator from an SDK (not the most recent) with -settingspath set to some path
2. Input some settings in the Android page of Options
3. Run a Qt Creator from a more recent SDK with -settingspath pointing to the same location.
4. See that the settings in the Android page has disappeared.
