ClangStaticAnalyser plugin on Windows isn't available

      The Clang Static Analyser plugin is shipped as
      C:\Qt\Tools\QtCreator\lib\qtcreator\plugins\ClangStaticAnalyzer.dll
      and is listed in the plugins dialog. However it cannot be enabled since it reports that only Linux or Mac is supported and the current OS is Windows.
      Should the plugin be removed, or is there a way to activate it on Windows by installing some external dependencies?
