Cannot select which remote to push to in "Push to Gerrit"

      Have a git repository with two remote repositories, e.g.:

      gerrit  ssh://codereview.qt-project.org/qt-creator/qt-creator (fetch)
gerrit  ssh://codereview.qt-project.org/qt-creator/qt-creator (push)
origin  git://gitorious.org/qt-creator/qt-creator.git (fetch)
origin  git://gitorious.org/qt-creator/qt-creator.git (push)

      When you try to use the "Push to Gerrit" dialog on this repository, you cannot select which remote repository to use.

      It would be good if the user could select the remote, e.g. using a combo box.
