Image previewer only used for lowercase image file extensions

If you have a .png all is well and you see a preview of the image, but a .PNG gets a hexdump. The same with .BMP etc. Perhaps this should be fixed in QImageIO, or perhaps creator should take account of the current behaviour of the image format handling either way, I doubt it's what the user expects, especially since QML Image etc. will load the files just fine.
