When a project is already open, trying to open it again results in a message box displaying a seemingly critical error: "Failed to open project".

To the newcomer it seems something is really wrong, furthermore after closing it just goes to the same screen reinforcing the idea of an error.

To the expert it is just nagging.

Proposed solution:
If the project is already open, just jump to the code Window, and possible select it as Current Project.

Expected results:
Newcomers won't be confused, and experts won't be nagged.
