CppModel: Add local declaration quick fix crashes QC on invalid expression

Steps to reproduce:

• create plain C++ app from template
• inside generated main() type

  oldfill = std::fill;
  

• place cursor onto oldfill and hit Alt+Enter and confirm 'Add Local Declaration'

Current result:

• QC crashes
