White popup in Debugger when hovering over variable (C++)

When stopping at breakpoint and trying to hover over some variable I get popup window that is white and I can't read variable data. Moving mouse slightly causes remain problems and I can see for split of a second the value but then it becomes white box. This does happens 50% of times between restarts
