Even when GCCE build fails the app is still deployed to device for debugging

      When writing an app and have a successful build and deploy (ie the binaries have been created at least once). When continuing to change code and then hit debug on target device, if the build fails, the error messages are hidden as the sis file is built successfully (with the previously built binaries) and a debug session is started. Even though the actual code changes build failed.
