Generic highlighter does not load configs to proper place

      How to reproduce:
      Go to tools - Text Editor - Generic Highlighter
      Click "Load Definitions..." button. Select any new definition(s) and click "load" button. Notiffication about loading will appear. Now go to this dialog again - find recently loaded definition - it is not marked as installed. Look at the directories with definition - nothing too.
