Fakevim doesn't honor editor settings for e.g. tabs and indentation

I have some projects which have different tab policies e.g. one uses spaces and one tabulators for indentation. Using the normal editor mode I just have set a specific tab/indentation style in the project settings and get the indentation behavior I need. With FakeVim enabled I always have to change the global FakeVim settings depending on the current project. It would be nice if FakeVim also used the project specific settings for indentation.
