segfault upon monitor disconnect

      - Asus G550JK laptop (core i7, 8GB RAM, 256G SSD)
      - SyncMaster SA850 monitor (2560x1440)

    Description

      Qt Creator will segfault when I unplug my Displayport monitor from my laptop.

      I use a KVM on my laptop so I witness this crash many times a day. I observed this on 3.3.1, and 3.3.2
