Welcome Panel hides "new project wizard"

    • VirtualBox 4.3.26 (opengl support), Ubuntu 14.4 (fresh install with updates and GuestExensions from VirtualBox) 64bit.

    Description

      The Welcome Panel of QtCreator lies in "to close" to the screen.

      It is hiding the menus, the about box, the new Project Wizard... rendering it nearly unusable for a beginner.
      Have a look at Attachement: WelcomePanel....png + WelcomePanel...MenuHidden.png

      If you switch to the Edit Panel, then the order of windows is as it is used to be: Attachment: EditPanel....png
