The c++ header file refactor menu allows you to create / add function definitions to a cpp file which is very useful.

It would be awesome if this feature was expanded upon to add a context menu action for creating / adding all of the missing function definitions to the cpp file. Alternatively this could work by adding the definitions for all of the highlighted function prototypes.
