[REG 3.3 -> 3.4] "Add New..." is disabled when it should be enabled

    Description

      1. Open a project.
      2. Show the Projects view.
      3. Right-click on the tree's root node.
      4. Select "Add New..." from the context menu.
      5. Click "Cancel".
      6. Right-click on the tree's root node.
        "Add New..." is disabled.

      "Add New..." should be enabled like it was before.
