Opening CMake Wizard does not work anymore when no documents are open

      I have a keyboard shortcut for starting the CMake Wizard. This shortcut does not work anymore in Qt Creator 3.4.0 when there is no open text document.

      The reason is that the menu bar item

      Build -> Run CMake

      is missing if all documents are closed.
