Already opened diff view doesn't get brought to foreground when triggered in commit view

How to produce?
Select Tools > Subversion > Commit file|project|all
Double click on a changed file in the commit view to open the diff view.
Get back to commit view without closing the diff view.
Double click the same file to bring the diff view to foreground.
Diff view is not shown.

I don't know if it is relevant but I am using the SVN plugin, hence the contents of the commit and diff views come from svn tool.
