Menu items should be disabled when their submenu does not contain enabled items

1. Stop at a breakpoint.
2. Right click on an empty space in "Locals and Expressions" view.
3. Move your mouse pointer to "Change Local Display Format...".
   A menu appears which has a size of about two pixels.
4. Move your mouse pointer to "Add Data Breakpoint...".
   A menu appears which contains only disabled items.

Both of these menus should be disabled in the first place.
