Android debuggers are not shown after specifying android SDK and NDK

    Description

      After specifying Android SDK and NDK, Build & Run | Debuggers doesn't show android debuggers, while e.g. Compilers tab shows android compilers. After applying changes, closing the options dialog and opening it again, debuggers appear.
