    Description

      The default keyboard shortcut "Ctlr+/" for UnCommentSection does not work when using German keyboard layout. Re-setting it in Environment->Keyboard by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+7" will set it to "Ctrl+Shift+/". The shortcut entry is marked red, but works as expected.
      "Shift+7" is "/" on German keyboard layout.
