[REG 3.4.1 -> 3.4.2] Comment/Uncomment shortcut does not work with Finnish keyboard layout

      Usual CTRL+/ does not appear to be working with 3.4.2. On Finnish layout that used to be possible with CTRL+Shift+7 in previous versions. Shortcut does work if keyboard layout is changed to English.

      Also Go to block start/end (ctrl+alt gr+8/9) does not work, but I am not certain if it did before.
