Wizards: Cannot create CMake based C/C++ Application with old settings

Steps to reproduce:

• start QC, try to create a C or C++ application from template
  • use Cmake as build tool

Current behaviour:

• kit selection page stays empty, although lots of kits are present (and all having cmake configured)
• even adding new kits does not help

Note: performing the same stuff with a clean settings path works fine. kits are displayed, newly added are taken into account
