1. Open a file.
2. Close the file.
   In the "File" menu, you'll see the disabled entries Save "name", Save "name" As... and Reload "name" with the name of the closed file. Having the filename there is pointless since the menu entries can't do anything in this state. Instead, a long filename (e.g. a diff) will bloat the menu's width.

The menu items should show their respective default texts in this state.
