Qt Canvas 3D Application shows black window

1. Create a new Qt Canvas 3D Application without three.js using Creator's wizard.
2. Configure the project to use Qt 5.5.0 built with MSVC2013 and the switches: -developer-build -opensource -confirm-license -nomake examples -nomake tests (config.summary attached).
3. Build and run the application.
   The window will display nothing but a black background. There are no error messages during compile time or run time.

The application should show a moving green cube. With the official Qt 5.5.0 package, this shows the cube at least, see QTCREATORBUG-14824.
