x86_64 registers R8-R15 are showed in a format different from RAX-RDI

      See the screenshot of Registers dock. The i386-inherited extended registers RAX through RDI are showed in `%016x` format, while R8 through R15 are in `%x` format, which is inconsistent. The whole RAX through R15 is a single GPR group, and should be presented in the same format by default.
