Creator forgets mercurial working directory

I can only use the Mercurial commands once after starting Creator, subsequent times will fail due to it thinking that I am working in /Applications instead of /my/project/path

• Start Creator
• Write amazing code
• Tools->Mercurial -> Commit
• Works great, smile
• Write more code, perhaps not as good as before...
• Tools->Mercurial -> Commit
• Creator all of a sudden can't find the repo and reports that the project lives in /Applications. Screenshot attached (PNG)
