Linux 64-bit: Toggle comment shortcut (ctrl+/) does not work with keyboard layout requiring to press ctrl+shift+7

      In Finnish keyboard layout, '/' is produced with shift+7;
      Earlier version (3.2.3) of Qt Creator allowed commenting with ctrl+shift+7.
      In 3.5.0 ctrl+shift+7 does nothing. Ctrl+'Numpad /' works, but is very peculiar with laptop keyboard.
