    Description

      Starting Creator takes longer than a minute. This is much too long. The output of qtcreator -profile reads:

      >initializeExtensions  ProjectExplorer            3190ms (       0ms)
No tool chain set from kit "Qt 4.8.6 (qt-4.8.6)".
No tool chain set from kit "Qt 4.8.6 (qt-4.8.6)".
<initializeExtensions  ProjectExplorer           86341ms (   83151ms)

      This used to work properly in Creator 3.5.
