I have c++ project. After I open it I do not have any cpp/h file open in editor.
Then I open "Include Hierarchy" window and then double click my main.cpp.
At this point hierarchy window does not update. It states "No include hierarchy available". At this point I have to switch to some other option (ex Class View) and back to Hierarchy while main.cpp is still open... it this works. Also while Hierarchy window is empty I try to switch between other source files in project and hierarchy window is still empty. Only way to repopulate is to close it and open again hierarchy window while source file is open in editor. But then switching to other source file does not update
