Color from Properties editor is not being propagated

1. Select a QML item in the Designer.
2. Change one of its color (Color, Text Color) by typing into the respective edit of the Properties editor. Do not press Enter.
3. Click into a different edit.
   The color doesn't change anywhere. Neither in the color selection tool nor in the preview of the item.
4. Go to Edit mode.
   The color was changed in the QML file.

The color should be updated everywhere when giving focus to a different edit. For other properties, this seems to work.
