Refactor - Add definition to all unimplemented methods

      When I'm done creating some class definition and I'm about to start the implementation, there's a lot of clicking awaiting me - I have to:

      1. Click on method name
      2. Hover to refactor menu
      3. Wait for submenu to appear
      4. Click add definition in foo.cpp
      5. Repeat the above for all new methods
