No proper resizing of Compiler settings

      1. Start Creator with English GUI.
      2. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Build & Run" -> "Compilers".
      3. Click "Add" and select "MinGW" from the drop down menu.
      4. Resize the dialog.
        The "Browse" button and the other controls will be cut off:

      The dialog should either shrink correctly or require a sufficient minimum size.
