Android applications debugging does not work on old devices/androïd

I'm working on Windows 7 with Qt Creator 3.5.1.
I target an android device Samsung GT-P7510 with android 4.0.4
I get the following log:

It works like a charm on a Shield with android 5.1

I need to be able to test my app on older devices/android versions.
