Improve "Waiting for App TRK" Dialog

The dialog "Waiting for App TRK" is pretty cryptic. There is no direct feedback on where to search for the TRK App, nor how to configure the COM port ("COM? WTF? I'm connecting via USB").

Here is my proposal:

"Deployment to device failed

Qt Creator couldn't connect to the TRK Application on the phone. Please start the application, and make sure the right COM port is configured under Project settings."
