Cannot parse ROS package correctly

I was using qtcreator3.1.1 on ubuntu 14.04.When I update it to 3.6.0,I found some problem that when I work on ROS workspace(catkin_workspace of indigo).The project cannot be recognized correctly.As you can see in the picture 3.1.1,the whole workspace recognized as a project parts,and header paths are adequate.

But when I use qtcreator3.6.0 and 3.5.1 , it parse project into seperated project parts and not incomplete.So when I edit the source file,completion as highlight can't work normally.The header Paths are not correct.
