KitSelector: Do not allow to select non-empty existing directories for new builds

    Description

      The Kit selector should not allow to create new builds in non-empty existing directories without at least a warning.

      Qt Creator will happily overwrite or delete files in that directory, so we should no allow this without even a warning.
