Tooltip resets to first suggestion of function arguments

    Description

      Tooltip resets to first suggestion of function arguments:

      • press Ctrl+Space to show tool tip which shows function arguments,
      • immediately press up or down arrow on keyboard,
      • tooltip switches to second suggestion and it resets to the first suggestion.

      Probably the same issue is causing flicker when compositing is enabled on Linux. Flicker also visible on Windows.
