Symbian toolchain not generating build files correctly at times after code changes and recompile

      Observed a few times where binary files were not updated after recompile, for which then I needed to manually delete the existing files first at Symbian\SDK\epoc32\release\gcce\udeb before compiling again. This looks to be random and I could not consistently reproduce it, so I'm logging this so that possibly it's an issue that should be monitored.
