Editor: Wrong indentation behaviour when pressing TAB before folded header comment

Steps to reproduce:

• open a cpp/h file with a license header (almost any cpp file of QC's sources)
• place cursor at the beginning of the file (line 0, column 0)
• have the license header displayed as folded comment
• press TAB

Current result:

• whole file gets indented
