Execution does not break when debugging multiple applications

Create two applications and run both of them.

Set breakpoints to both them and start debugging one of the applications. Execution breaks on its breakpoints.

Start debugging the second application without stopping debugging the first one. Execution does not break on breakpoints of either of the applications.
