Search goes stuck when searching on whole disk or when stopping the search

From that point, the search doesn't move on. The problem is not in the search itself though. It seems the search has terminated properly but GUI did not respond and didn't hide the search progress block.

Manually stopping a search using the X button seems to have the same effect.
