Representation of subdirectories is inconsistent in Projects mode

1. Extract and open the attached project.
2. Open the Projects view and expand all items:
   
   The directories "sub" and "dir" are represented differently for normal files and files in a resource file: For normal files, the path is merged to one single item as long as there are no branches. Inside the resource file, each subdirectory is listed separately.

Subdirectories should be represented in the same way for both cases. I think the merged display as for normal files is the better way.
