Add ObjectiveC as an option to "New File or Project" dialog

Please add Objective-C to "Files and Classes" (.h, .m, .mm)
By default use .mm (since when using Qt on those platforms, we 99.99% of the we want to use .mm)

Also, put a check (dialog prompt) in to set use the Clang code model (if not already)
