not clear how to reset foreground color of "disabled code" text style

      the editor won't touch the foreground color of #if 0'd code if it is set to the same color as the regular text. however, this is completely opaque to the user. there should be a reset button and an adequate "not set" indication instead, like there is for the background colors.
