Include hierarchy search frequently locks up

      Most likely to reproduce:

      • Use small sample project from QTBUG-51673
      • Configure with MinGW 4.9 or 5.1
      • Open main.cpp, switch to include hierarchy
      • Press Ctrl-F
      • Searching for "windows.h", start typing 'w' 'i' 'n' -> lockup occurs

      Has also been observed with MSVC projects

      Also, it would be nice if the search was in the context menu. It could also have an option "What [the heck] pulls in windows.h" which is a frequent issue on Windows.
