Can't fetch snippets

1. Go to "Tools" -> "Code Pasting" -> "Fetch Snippet...".
2. Select any of the code pasting services from the combo box.
   The list of available pastes won't be filled.

This dialog should present a list of the most recent snippets from the selected service.
