Memcheck issue panel not auto-scrolling with high-lighting by cursor or mouse

When using the cursor up/down to walk through the issues of the memory check, the issue panel are is not scrolled.
The highlighting is going out of sight.

This is inconsistent with the compile issue panel.

Using the toolbuttons '<' and '>' of the issue panel supports autoscroll.
