Breakpoints view does not show tooltip

    Description

      1. Place have a breakpoint in your code.
      2. Hover the breakpoint in the Breakpoints view with the mouse.
        You won't see a tooltip.

      The Breakpoints view should show a tooltip containing details of the breakpoint. On Ubuntu, this seems to work correctly. Other tooltips work on Windows, too.
