Visual Studio: Suggest adding amd64_x86 cross compile support

    • Windows 10 Version 1511, Qt 5.6.0, Qt Creator 3.6.1, VS2015 Pro(with WinPhone 8.1 support, which installed VS2013 compilers)

      There is no amd64_x86 compilers of VS2013/2015 in the auto-detected compilers list in Options-Build&Run-Compliers.
      Since there is no way to add a VS complier to the compiler list, so I suggest that there should be a way to auto-detect the amd64_x86 compilers and add it to this list.
