Cannot select "With ui.qml file" or "Enable native styling" when creating new Qt Quick Controls project

    Description

      When creating a new Qt Quick Controls project using the wizard, I cannot enable the "With ui.qml file" or "Enable native styling" options. Clicking the checkboxes is possible, but they immediately uncheck again. This happens with all versions selectable to be the minimum requirement.
      When starting qtcreator from command line, this is the output as soon as I enter the Project Details section:
      "Error in \" .qtQuickVersion\": SyntaxError: Syntax error"
