Debug doesn't work for console app in Mac

    Description

      Starting debugging on a console application in Qt Creator doesn't work. A terminal gets opened but the program never enters main. In particular, the debugger is stuck and step over/in/out buttons don't get enabled.

      Running the project itself works okay. Also, this problem goes away if I uncheck the "Run In Terminal" option.
